\nIC Publisher is a member unit of the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in charge of publishing the Information and Communications publications for the state management of the MIC, and publications for propagandizing the foreign information of the State and Viet Nam Communist Party.
\nIC Publisher\u2019s functions, duties, and authorities are regulated in the Decision no 1201\/Q\u0110-BTTTT dated July 20th, 2017 of the Minister of Information and Communications.
